At Next Wave Wealth, every product we create — whether a digital guide, financial report, or downloadable toolkit — is crafted with care and detail. Because our materials are delivered digitally and accessible instantly, they are not returnable in the same way as physical goods.
That said, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. The following policy explains our approach to refunds, replacements, and customer support.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may qualify for a full or partial refund under specific conditions:
- Duplicate transaction: If a payment is accidentally processed more than once.
- Access failure: If the purchased content cannot be accessed due to a technical fault on our side.
- Incorrect delivery: If the wrong digital file was sent or the download link was broken at the time of delivery.
- Material error: If a product was described inaccurately or missing key content promised in its listing.
Refunds outside these criteria are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- User error in downloading or saving a file after it has been successfully delivered.
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
- Content that has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded successfully.
All refunds are limited to the original transaction amount.
3. Request Procedure
To initiate a request:
- Email billing@nextwave-wealth.com with your order number, purchase email, and a brief explanation.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and investigate the issue.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
If a refund is denied, we will explain the reason clearly and may offer a store credit alternative.
4. Technical Assistance Before Refunds
In most cases, our support team can resolve technical issues (e.g. corrupted files or access failures) within a few hours.
We may resend files, provide alternate formats, or offer temporary re-downloads before finalising a refund.
5. Disputed Payments & Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, processing may be delayed. We work closely with payment providers to ensure fair resolution but encourage customers to reach out first.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a verified security issue, fraudulent charge, or account compromise, contact support@nextwave-wealth.com immediately. Verified unauthorised transactions are refunded in full.
7. Compliance
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding digital content sales.
Under Regulation 37, your right to cancel is waived once digital content delivery has begun, which occurs at checkout when you click “Download” or receive access credentials.
