Refunds are not issued for:

  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and contact you for resolution.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges and File Re-Delivery

If you purchased the wrong file or the download failed, we’ll gladly:

  • Reissue the correct file or
  • Provide access to an updated link at no additional cost.
